Alta Langa

Brut Rosé

Our Alta Langa Rosè is a sparkling wine that has its own character. Pinot Noir, with a slight maceration of its skins, gives a slightly more complex structure and aroma. The good acidity makes the drink pleasant and ... one glass pulls the other!

The wines remain ‘sur-lie’ for a total of 42 months. The wine is then disgorged and the liquor di dosage is then added before being closed with a mushroom cork.
